Awakening Earth Series — community forum for being human in times of cultural and ecological initiation

ONLINE EVENT - The theme for this month’s gathering is Belonging & Collective Care. Belonging and a sense of connection, is an integral human need, both spiritual and biological. True belonging is the state of knowing who we are, our inherent worth, and unique gifts. Many of us had to sacrifice our authenticity for a false sense of belonging, and are recovering from that. This time of upheaval and incubation, as we are experiencing with the response to the Coronavirus, may offer a time for reflection on what is most important to us. On their death beds, if people have regrets, it is most often not having loved more. To the separate ego, loving is risky, because it may not be returned, it is ephemeral, etc. To our souls, it is what we are here for, it is what we are. And out of that comes a natural desire to care for others. It is the difference between living in a delusion of separation, or a world of interconnectedness.

Come together to unite in a shared context of our love for the world and common care for people and planet, to build connection and courage for bringing forth what is most alive in us in response to a world in need of repair.
